Drug bust in Chatham

On the 6th of November 2014 members of the Chatham-Kent Police drug unit executed a warrant at an address on Park Avenue in Chatham.

Seized items included ammunition, a quantity of marijuana, cocaine and fentanyl along with drug paraphernalia.

Total value of the drugs and money seized was estimated at $1,300.

As a result a 26 year old Chatham man was arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession of fentanyl, possession of marijuana and possession of ammunition contrary to a court order and released with a future court date.

  1. What a pathetic piece of news this. Reporting this as a bust thats worth while is just sad. $1300 worth are you for real? Hats off to these guys who managed to take 1 dope fiend out of his home. Just imagine what these cops will be able to accomplish with their new found revenue!!! Way to make as minimal of a difference as possible boys. You deserve a pat on the back or a slap across the back of the head sounds more warrented.
