This spread is used on the famous “Kicker” Sandwich!
Ingredients
2 ripe Avocado’s peeled and pitted
Juice from 1/3 of a lemon
1 teaspoon powder ranch dressing
2 hearty shakes of cayenne pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in 2 cup glass measuring cup.
Using immersion blender, blend until smooth. (You can also use a blender)
Mixture will last up to 4 days refrigerated.
