Update: Impaired driving charges after rollover crash

On the 6th of November 2014 at about 4 p.m. Chatham-Kent Police responded to a rollover collision on McCreary Line east of Wallaceburg.

Police say a pick-up truck was found in a field off the roadway.

The driver was transported by ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Damage to the pick-up truck was estimated at $15,000.

The investigation revealed that the 39-year-old driver had been drinking and as a result he was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood.

He was released with a future court date.
