Remember when Wallaceburg could roster players for our OBA teams that could compete with some of the best competition at any level?
Wallaceburg Minor Baseball Associations goal is to try and get at least one OBA team at every age level this coming season.
Due to the efforts of the executive, the parents and the community last season, our fundraising and donations have enabled us to reduce registration costs for any players that sign up early.
Registration Dates at Wal-Mart
– November 15 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
– November 26 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
– November 29 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
Current Early Bird Registration
– 1 child $80.00
– 2 children (same family) $150.00
– 3 children (same family) $170.00
Posted dated cheques for February 1, 2015 will be accepted to hold your registration. A $25.00 refundable deposit, post dated for September 1, 2015 will be required for all players from rookie to midget level. If the jersey is returned at the end of the season, the money will be refunded.
Instructional baseball program
In an ongoing effort to develop baseball skills at an early age, we are offering an instructional program as well. Children ages 3 to 6 will be a $25.00 registration fee, which will include a hat and t-shirt. There are no restrictions for the number of players at this age. We are looking for someone to volunteer to help run a program for the instructional system.
