Nearly 300 long-service employees, volunteers, physicians and retirees will be honoured at this year’s Recognition Banquet hosted by Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
Elizabeth Aitken, Nel Denys, Rosalia Furo, Janice Gurd, Ruthann Howard, Sharon Jackson, Catherine Landry, Donna Parry, Catherine Pollock, Judy Smith, Stephanie Vandecaveye and Linda Youngs will be recognized for 40 years of service.
Twenty-five employees will receive 35-year recognition: Marnie Atherton, Joyce Beaulieu, Ann Bouwmeester, Judith Christner, Kimberley Clark, Sandy Countryman, Rhonda Cowle, Gail Dodman, Sheila Embury, Kimberley Fraleigh, Helen Heersma, Jacqueline Jefferson, Joanne King, Barbara Mallette, Sindy McNeil, Judy Minnie, Sue Patrick, Brian Pennings, Elizabeth Pilon, Pamela Prangley, Veronica Read, Tammy Simpson, Judith Swant, Frank Tourlas and Garth Vollans.
Guests of honour also include 53 five-year, 32 ten-year, 31 fifteen-year, 18 twenty-year, 33 twenty-five year and 24 thirty-year award recipients.

The Annual Alliance Awards for Excellence will also be presented during the event.
These performance-based awards recognize those who show exceedingly high achievements far beyond their expected assigned duties.
The annual recognition event will be held on Friday, November 14th at Club Lentinas in Chatham.
