Dresden got an early morning wake-up call today (Nov. 11) in the parking lot at Lambton-Kent Composite School, along Trerice Street.

Chatham-Kent police officials said around 2:45 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a single motor vehicle collision on St. George Street North in Dresden.

“Four young men were in the vehicle at the time,” said Const. Renee Cowell. “No one was injured.”

Damage is pegged at $3,000 and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

A 20-year-old Chatham man, the driver, was issued a three-day licence suspension and two additional tickets.
