Mr. Ronald “Ron” Bartlett, a resident of Chatham, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, Chatham, at the age of 77 years.
Ron was born in Chatham and was a son of the late Frederick and Marjorie (Edwards) Bartlett.
Beloved husband of Rosemary (Moore) Bartlett.
Loving father and father-in-law of Kevin (Tracy) Bartlett, Brett (Donna) Bartlett, Kirk (Mary-Lynn) Bartlett, Gregory (Sue) Bartlett, Tracey Caron and Bart (Mona) Bartlett.
Sadly missed by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Kind brother of Donna Campbell, Randy Bartlett and Gerry Byrd.
Predeceased by his brother Edward Bartlett. To honour Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 4-8 pm at the Moose Lodge, Chatham.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke may be left at the funeral home.
As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Ronald Bartlett.
