The former head coach for the Wallaceburg Lakers has stepped down from his position as head coach and general manager with the Chatham Maroons.
The Maroons stated that Mark Davis cited “increasing work demands… made it difficult for him to fulfill his commitment to the team and his employer.”
The Junior ‘B’ club said they accepted Davis’s resignation effective immediately.
The junior ‘B’ club subsequently promoted assistant coach Tyler Roeszler to head coach for the remainder of the season.
