The Optimist Club of Sombra Township presented a cheque for $5000 to the C-K Family Health Team to go toward an examination room at the Wallaceburg Site at their monthly meeting in Port Lambton.
The donation is part of the fundraising committee’s continuing effort to raise $200,000 for the expansion of the Wallaceburg site where three doctors, new to the area, are located.
