The Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board has been given approval by the Ministry of Training Colleges, and Universities to launch the EmployerOne Survey. New to Chatham-Kent, the survey gives local employers, once a year, a chance to communicate their workforce needs to stakeholders, colleges, universities, school boards and employment service providers who can provide solutions.
Open for the month of January 2015, employers from across Chatham-Kent are invited to participate in the online survey. Results will provide a better understanding of employers occupational and skills requirements to inform job search and employment decision-making. Additionally, the results of the survey can inform professional development and training courses that directly relate to the local labour market demand as identified by employers in Chatham-Kent.
– The EmployerOne Survey will be available from January 1, 2015 to January 31, 2015.
– The EmployerOne Survey will be found on our webpage at www.ckworkforcedev.com during the month of January.
– The EmployerOne Survey will take employers anywhere from 15-60 minutes to complete the survey, depending on the size of their organization.
– Employers can save answers and complete the survey progressively during the month of January.
– The EmployerOne Survey respects the confidentiality of employers.
– The EmployerOne Survey takes place once a year, eliminating the need for employers to fill out numerous surveys.
– Follow @EmployerOneCK on Twitter for quick updates on the project.
