Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged the driver who was involved in a fatal collision while he was operating a farm tractor on Petrolia Line, November 14, 2014.
The male driver of the farm tractor, a 51-year-old man from Petrolia, has been charged with Causing Death by Criminal Negligence.
The driver has a Sarnia court date of January 26, 2015.
As the matter is now before the courts, there is no further information.
On November 14, around 5:30 a.m. a crash occurred between a farm tractor with a trailer and a Volkswagen vehicle.
The deceased male driver of the car was identified as 45 year old Craig Moffat from Petrolia.
