John Hendrik Terhorst a resident of Chatham and formerly of Wallaceburg passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at the Chatham Hospital at the age of 96 years.
John was the son of the late Gerrit and Johanna Terhorst.
Beloved husband of the late Everdina (Somsen) (2004).
John is survived by his sister Hannah Hoftyser of Holland.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Wallaceburg Christian Reformed Church 150 Bruinsma Avenue in Wallaceburg, Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. with funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
If desired, remembrances to the Cancer Society or Bible League may be left at the funeral home.
