
In the evening of January 30, 2015, the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section conducted a search warrant of a Duke St. residence in Wallaceburg, in conjunction with the Critical Incident Response Team and K9 unit.
A quantity of cocaine and marijuana were seized; as well as electronic scales, a firearm, and $6,000 in Canadian currency.
As a result, a 54-year-old woman was charged with possession for purpose of trafficking (cocaine), possession of marijuana, and firearms related offences.
She was released with conditions and a future court date.
A 47-year-old man was also charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance (cocaine and marijuana), and released with conditions and a future court date.
