A benefit is scheduled at the Moose Lodge in Wallaceburg for an injured Wallaceburg man.
Sean Den Boer was injured on January 16, when he was helping his father cut down a tree.
Den Boer misjudged the falling tree and was struck by it as it fell.
He is still recovering in a London hospital and has begun his rehabilitation.
A dance has been scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 2 in support of Den Boer, his three children and his family.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. and tickets are $10 a person.
The Marquis will provide musical entertainment from 8 p.m. to 12 p.m.
There will be raffles and a 50/50 draw.
Raffles will be drawn at 11 p.m. and you must be present to win.
A light lunch will be served at 10 p.m.
The organizers are also looking for more donations for the raffles.
