It was a changing of the guard today at the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre.
It was Dorothy Gallant’s last day running the kitchen at the downtown Wallaceburg centre.
Gallant will enter into retirement after running the Wallaceburg hot-spot for 11 years.
Filling Gallant’s shoes will be Wallaceburg resident and entrepreneur, Sue Misselbrook.
Misselbrook has been running Sue’s Kitchen out of her Wallaceburg home.
The Adult Activity Centre had standing room only this afternoon at a retirement party held for Gallant.
