Ingredients
Remoulade Salad
1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
2 tablespoon (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
1/2 celery root, 
grated
Salt and pepper
Sandwich
8 slices country bread
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
8 thin slices cooked roast beef
8 slices tomato
4 leaves Boston lettuce
Directions
Remoulade Salad
In a bowl, combine the cream and mustard. Add the celery root and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Sandwich
Toast the bread slices. Spread with the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, cover 4 bread slices with the slices of roast beef and the remoulade salad, then top with the tomato slices and lettuce. Cover each with a second slice of bread and serve.
