Mrs. Hazel Blake, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg, at the age of 87.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg with Fr. Chris Gillespie, Celebrant.
Cremation will follow.Interment of ashes in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Charity of your choice may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in Memory of Hazel Blake.
