The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man in connection with a shoplifting complaint in Wallaceburg.
Last night, the man attended Shopper’s Drug Mart and removed a pair of Ecko earbuds from the packaging.
He concealed the earbuds in his pants.
An employee confronted the man and called police.
A 25-year-old Walpole Island man has been charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000.
He was released pending a future court date of July 7, 2015.
