The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following the execution of a search warrant in Chatham.

In March 2015, the man was released from custody with several conditions.

One of those conditions stated that he was not to possess or access any electronic devices capable of accessing the internet unless for employment purposes during work hours.

In May 2015, the Internet Child Exploitation unit became involved in an investigation surrounding the man again.

Last night, the man was taken into custody as he left his workplace.

A laptop was seized from his place of employment.

Officers then executed a search warrant at the man’s home and a computer was seized for forensic analysis.

The 27-year-old Chatham man has been charged with possessing child pornography, accessing child pornography and two counts of failing to comply.

He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
