Shortly after 7:00 a.m. this morning, an officer was conducting speed enforcement on Talbot Trail near Erieau Road when he observed a black BMW travelling westbound at a high rate of speed.

The officer recorded the vehicle travelling 119 km/hr in a posted 60 km/hr zone.

The driver then passed an oncoming school bus with its lights flashing and stop bar out as an elementary aged child was boarding.
