The Walpole Island Bass Tournament is coming up on June 27, the opening day for bass season.
Cost is $80 per person and two people are on a team.
The event starts at 7 a.m. and goes until 2 p.m. when the weigh-in starts.
The event takes places at the Chematogan Campground, 1288 River Road S., Walpole Island First Nation.
There will be prizes for:
– Total Weight: 5 biggest fish per team
– 1st – $1000
– 2nd – $500
– 3rd – $250
– Biggest fish – $1000
