A woman with a Canada-wide arrest warrant, who has local ties, has finally been arrested.
The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad confirmed with the Sydenham Current that 34-year-old Del Daley-Fisher was arrested late last night (July 15) in Wallaceburg.
Daley-Fisher is serving a two-year sentence for possession for the purpose of trafficking.
She was wanted on the Canada-wide warrant as a result of breach of parole.
Chatham-Kent Crime Stoppers reported that Daley-Fisher had been arrested in Sarnia, however this was not the case.
The OPP told the Sydenham Current early Wednesday evening that Daley-Fisher had still been at large, up until her arrest late last night.
