The Sarnia Police Service is asking for assistance to identify a suspect involved in a gas theft.
On June 25, 2015, just before 11:00a.m., the female depicted in the attached surveillance video pumped gas into a car at a gas station located on DeGurse Drive.
The female was a passenger in the car and no one in the car made an attempt to pay for the purchase.
The license plate which is visible in the video had been reported as being stolen from a vehicle in Sarnia.
It was also discovered that Lambton O.P.P. had been involved in a short pursuit with this vehicle, but called off the pursuit in the interest of public safety.
