The Wallaceburg Lakers open their Great Lakes Junior ‘C’ Hockey League season on the road to Mooretown to battle the Flags on Saturday, September 12.
Puck drops at 7:30 p.m.
The Lakers will be suiting up eight returning players from last year, as well as some newcomers.
Some of the new players include:
– Derion Decedre, goalie
– Derek Finlay, defence
– Wade Esslement, defence (formerly with the Dresden Kings)
– Dan Johnson, defence
– George Wood, forward (from Bracebidge)
– Brett Farr, forward
