As a result of an investigation the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged the driver of the school bus, a 53 year old female from Sarnia, Ontario for; turn not in safety as per Section 142(1) of The Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Again, the OPP wish to reiterate that none of the teenage passengers on the school bus reported any injuries at the time of the collision.
