On Saturday September 26th, during Pumpkinfest, there will a giant vegetable weigh off. Registration will be from 9am to 11am with the hopes of beginning the weigh off at 11am.
This is a Giant Pumpkin Commonwealth sanctioned event with the following prizes
Pumpkin – 1st $1500; 2nd $500; 3rd $175; 4th $125; 5th $100.
Long gourd – 1st $300; 2nd $100; 3rd $75.
Tomato – 1st $300; 2nd $100; 3rd $75.
