The Wallaceburg Lakers jumped out to an early lead on Wednesday night against the Wheatley Sharks, but couldn’t hang on after jumping ahead 2-0 in the first period.
The Sharks climbed back, with one goal in the first, another in the second and two in the third to earn the win.
Brendan Ritchie and Corey Lucier scored the Wallaceburg goals.
With the loss, it drops the Lakers record to 0-8-0 in the Great Lakes Junior ‘C’ Hockey League.
Wallaceburg will hope to pick up a W on Friday night when they travel to Lakeshore.
