Heavy rainfall will continue until this evening, as Environment Canada issues a rainfall warning for Chatham-Kent.
Rainfall amounts of 45 to 55 millimetres are expected.
Other impacts could include pooling of water on roads due to blocked catch basins and storm sewer drains.
Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
