Shortly after 10 a.m. on December 30, emergency crews attended to Zone Road 6, Bothwell in response to a motor vehicle collision involving a train and tractor-trailer.
Investigation has revealed the incident involved a 30-year-old male from the London Area.
There are no reported injuries and approximately $30,000 in total damage, $5,000 to the train and $25,000 to the vehicle.
The driver of the motor vehicle was charged in relation to a Highway Traffic Act Offence.
