Yesterday afternoon around 3:50 p.m. police received information that the man who was currently bound by house arrest was in Wallaceburg.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m. officers located the man on Wallace Street and he was apprehended.
The 32-year-old Port Lambton man has been charged with failing to comply.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing
