Not only is a local resident dealing with the aftermath of a brutal snowmobile accident in Wallaceburg, the person is also in search of their phone.

The person, who we are not going to identify, was at Glen Mickle Park in Wallaceburg between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12.

The resident was the passenger on the back of a snowmobile that was involved in a crash with a set of playground equipment inside the park.

The person suffered significant facial injuries, but is recovering at home.

They are looking for anyone that may have picked up their phone somewhere in the park.

The phone is a 64GB pink gold iPhone 6, and had a hot pink clip-on case on it.
