Mrs. Margaret “Maggie” Beatrice Mills, a resident of Wallaceburg, formerly of Willowdale, Ontario passed away on Wednesday , February 3, 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Public General Campus, in Chatham, at the age of 82.
Maggie was born in York, Ontario and was a daughter of the late Howard and Beatrice Cooke.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Albert “Punch” Mills (1998).Loving mother of Linda (Brock) Humphrey, Sandra Lucier (Bill Gillett) and Alan (Debbie) Mills.
Dear Nanny of Michael Lucier, Matt and Chris Humphrey, Jason Mills and Jennifer Vicente, Tyler and Cody Gillett.Great Nanny Aggie of Jacob, Noah and Lorraine Lucier, Joseph, Shiann, Sonya and David Dempsey, Alex and Jacob Vicente and Vera Humphrey.
Maggie will be missed by the wonderful and caring staff at the Sydenham Residence who provided excellent care for our Mother.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, Ontario.
Cremation will take place.
A Funeral Service will be held at a later date in Willowdale where Maggie’s final resting place will be with Albert.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice may be left at the funeral home.
As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Margaret Beatrice Mills.
