Earlier this month, a woman contacted police to report an incident that occurred at her home in Tilbury.

On January 13, 2016 the woman had no hot water and contacted a plumbing company for assistance.

Police say the owner of the company attended the home and while in the presence of the homeowner he stripped down naked and put his overalls on.

Upon completing the job, the man undressed again inside the home, taking his overalls off and putting his clothes back on.

The man gave the woman a bill and left the residence.

Last night, a 55-year-old Comber man was arrested and charged with mischief.

He was released pending a future court date of March 1, 2016.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service believe that this may not have been the first time the person has displayed this behaviour while in the presence of a customer.

Anyone with information is asked contact Constable Jodie Foster at jodief@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600 extension #83012.

Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
