As previously released, on February 14, 2016 around 11:55 a.m. a small light grey pick-up truck attended the Mac’s Milk gas pumps on Victoria Road.

The passenger exited the truck and filled up the vehicle along with gas cans. The man pumped about $153 worth of gas and neither he nor the driver made any attempt to pay for the fuel.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying this man. Last night, the 59-year-old Ridgetown man was located and charged with theft under $5,000. He was released pending a future court date.
