At approximately 5:30 p.m. last night, an officer on general patrol observed a man operating a silver Oldsmobile in the area of Prince Street in Wallaceburg.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and through investigation believed the man was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
A roadside breath test was conducted resulting in the 47-year old Wallaceburg man being issued a three-day license suspension.
