The Chatham-Kent Police Service were out in full swing on St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday, across the entire community.
Police officials said officers conducted RIDE spot checks across Chatham-Kent last night and a total of 813 Vehicles were stopped and checked.
“One road side test was administered,” police officials stated. “No one was arrested for impaired driving. There were some liquor seizures and provincial offence tickets issued.”
Officers did respond to multiple disturb the peace calls throughout the night, resulting from various complaints from the public.
Police officials say as a results of these calls, no parties were arrested in regards to the complaints but numerous people were spoken to about their actions in public.
