The Wallaceburg Lakers PeeWee girls team have captured their playoff championship title… and they are hoping to keep the momentum going into the provincials championships.
On Saturday, March 26, the Wallaceburg team defeated B.A.D. 2-1 to bring home a WOGHL banner.
The girls won the first two games in a best of three series to sweep their rivals.
They girls went 6-0 in their playdowns to qualify for a shot at a provincial championship.
The team will be off to provincials this coming weekend.
