The provincial champions from Dresden were recognized at Chatham-Kent council on Monday.
The Dresden Kings Midget Rep team received letters of recognition from the Municipality to highlight their accomplishments from this past season.
Dresden completed a sweep over Tweed in the OMHA Midget ‘C’ championship series back in March.
The team was recognized in Dresden already, as they were paraded through town by the Dresden Fire Department a week after their victory.
