Crews are battling a blaze at a residence on Murray Street in Wallaceburg.
Firefighters at the scene said the fire broke out at around 3:30 a.m.
They said no one was injured.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officers are blocking the road at Base Line Road to Border Road.
