Education – Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials – Licensure by the appropriate province or territory of work, Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination, First Aid Certificate
Experience – is an asset
Work Setting – LTC (Geriatrics, Palliative care, General duties)
Security and Safety – Criminal record check, Immunization records, Tuberculosis test
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities – Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
