2 pkg. (250 g each) Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
12 stalks celery, cut crosswise into quarters
Crackers with Whole Wheat

3. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
4. Shape into ball; roll in parsley. Serve with celery and crackers.
