A Port Lambton woman faces dangerous driving charges after allegedly driving into her ex-boyfriends vehicle multiple times.

Chatham-Kent police officials say yesterday morning, shortly after 5 a.m. a man arrived home at his residence in Wallaceburg with a female passenger.

At this time, he observed his ex-girlfriend parked in his driveway.

Police say in an attempt to avoid any conflict, the man continued driving.

The woman allegedly followed him and pulled up next to him in the curb lane on Wellington Street.

The woman intentionally swerved left and struck the man’s vehicle, police say.

She continued to follow him and struck his vehicle several more times.

Eventually, the man lost sight of the woman and reported the incident to police.

Just before 10 a.m. police located the woman and she was arrested.

The 22-year-old Port Lambton woman has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and mischief over $5,000.

She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

No one was injured as a result of the incident.
