Morley Ralph Peters, a resident of Walpole Island First Nations, died peacefully at the CKHA-Sydenham Campus on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the age of 70.
Morley is the son of the late Simon Sr. and Ila Mae (Nahdee) Peters. Beloved spouse of Delcie Shipman. Dear father of the late Maxine Peters. Grandfather of Wilfred Sands and Shania Sands. Stepfather of Selina, Belinda, Lawrence, Garrick, Christine and the late Stanford and Lance Shipman. Brother of Simon Jr., Mary Jane ‘Chip’, Sam, Ellen, James, Lucy, Ronald and the late Deana.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Sunday from 7-9 PM. The funeral will be celebrated at the Walpole Island United Church on Monday, August 15 at 2 PM.
