A registered sex offender was arrested after breaching his conditions.
On August 14th, 2016, at 4 a.m. police initiated a traffic stop on Emma Street, in Chatham.
Through investigation, officers learned that the driver of the motor vehicle was wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to report change of address, as per his Sex Offender Registry conditions.
A 34-year-old Chatham Man was arrested and held in custody pending a bail hearing.
