The Essex OPP are conducting a death investigation in Leamington .
Police officials say on August 15, at approximately 2:30 p.m. officers responded to the report of a body floating in the water at the Happy SNapper Marina on Bevel Line in Leamington Ontario.
Leamington Fire Services attended the scene and assisted with the removal of the victim from the water.
Investigators are awaiting results of a forensic post-mortem examination to assist in the investigation and attempting to notify the next-of-kin.
No further information is available at this time, however foul play is not suspected.
Police would like to speak with anyone who may have information on this incident.
