Lawrence Joseph Bechard, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away surrounded by family at Chatham-Kent Hospice on Thursday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 85.
Larry is the son of the late Napoleon and Beatrice Bechard. Beloved husband of Theresa (Mills). Loving father of Stewart (Michelle) and Susan McInnis (Jerome). Cherished grandfather of Daniel, Ashleigh, Jennaya, Kalli, Jerome and Noah. Dear brother of Linda Hachey (Marcell) and the late Dorothy, Beverley and Ralph. Brother-in-law of Ed Mills (Brenda) and the late John Mills (surviving spouse Cindy). He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
A private family interment at Riverview Cemetery. A celebration of Larry’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. #18, Wallaceburg, 52 Margaret Ave, on Saturday October 15, 2016 from 1 – 4 PM.
