Morning Coffee – By Aaron Hall, is sponsored by Country Style in Wallaceburg:
Have you noticed the beautifully painted, Halloween-themed storefront windows in Wallaceburg?
Dana and I had the opportunity to witness one of the displays being created right before our eyes.
While we were putting in our order with Missy and Kevin at Your Hometown Deli, we spotted an artist setting up outside.
After snapping a couple of photos of Jerry Crosby, his amazing work quickly formed before our eyes.
Jerry is the owner and artist with Studio1 Freehand Freelance.
He specializes in portrait drawing and painting, wall murals and home or business artwork.
Jerry has been making the rounds in Wallaceburg, and has done an excellent job getting the community in the Halloween spirit.
Kevin at Your Hometown Deli tells me told me he’s having Jerry come back after October 31st to paint a Remembrance Day piece on their front windows… all for a very reasonable cost.
If you are interested in getting some work done by Jerry, give him a call/text at 226-350-3861.
If you have a suggestion, story idea, column idea, or if you want to say hello… drop me an e-mail at aaron@sydenhamcurrent.ca.
