A Wallaceburg man faces charges after a dispute with a neighbour.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say in August, 2016 a man was charged with uttering threats and mischief against his neighbours.

He was released from custody with specific conditions not to communicate with them.

Yesterday morning while inside their residence, the neighbours observed the man standing directly outside their living room window yelling threatening words toward them.

The man then returned to his house and retrieved a wooden chair from the porch.

He threw the chair at the fence dividing their properties, causing damage to the neighbour’s fence.

The man then grabbed a recycle bin and threw that at the neighbour’s house causing damage to the siding.

A 32-year-old Wallaceburg man was located a short distance away and arrested for failing to comply, uttering threats and two counts of mischief under $5,000.

He was transported to the courthouse pending a bail hearing.
