Last night officers conducted RIDE spot checks in Wallaceburg, Ridgetown, Tilbury and Chatham.
A total of 561 vehicles were stopped.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say one roadside test was administered, however, no one was arrested for impaired driving.
Nine tickets were issued for various provincial offences.
Last night around 7:30 p.m. as a result of the RIDE spot check in Wallaceburg, a woman was stopped and could not produce a valid driver’s license.
Through investigation, it was learned that her license had been suspended due to unpaid fines.
The 42-year-old Wallaceburg woman was charged with driving while under suspension.
She will be required to attend court on March 1, 2017.
