After being spotted on a security camera, a suspect was arrested in Chatham on Saturday.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on Saturday, February 11, at approximately 3 a.m., Chatham-Kent Police officers were dispatched to the area of Duke Street, Chatham, in response to a call of a break and enter in progress.
The owner of the home contacted police stating that she could observe someone in the home through her security system.
A short time later a 25-year-old Chatham man was located, and arrested for break and enter and theft.
